Additional Notes:
- Our airline tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Refund options are available only if the travel supplier's policies permit or if Pky MyTrips accepts your refund request. A cancellation or refund request will be processed only if we can secure waivers from the supplier and you are not a 'no show.'
- All airline refunds/future credits are subject to the airline's fare rules, procedures, and policies.
- Service fees for changes, refunds, cancellations, and future credits are applied per passenger, per ticket. All service fees are non-refundable and subject to change without prior notice. These fees are in addition to any service charges or fees imposed by airlines and/or travel suppliers. Government-imposed taxes and fees may change. You will be charged only the final total amount displayed or quoted by our agent.
- Special services are provided upon request only and are subject to airline review and approval based on their fare rules, policies, and procedures. Documentation may be required for specific cases, such as name misspelling, visa/passport issues, baggage receipts, no-show explanations, denied boarding, and duplicate tickets.
