When you book with Pky MyTrips, we are committed to ensuring that you receive the best price available. To uphold this commitment, we offer a Price Match Promise (PMP). If you find a lower all-inclusive price for the same itinerary on a major online travel agency (OTA) within 24 hours of booking with us, we will match that price and refund the difference.

The term 'same itinerary' means that every aspect of the booking must match exactly. This includes the airline, flight number, travel date, number of travelers, and seat type.

To qualify for PMP, the lower-priced itinerary you find must be live on a competitor's website and available for booking at the time you contact us. Our customer care representatives will verify this information.

If you wish to invoke the Price Match Promise, please contact us at sales@pkymytrips.com or call us at +18774607301. Provide your Pky MyTrips booking reference number along with all the details of the lower-priced itinerary, including the airline, flight number, travel date, number of travelers, and seat type. Additionally, include the URL or a screenshot of the lower-priced itinerary to help our customer service representatives verify the information. Our customer service executive must be able to locate the lower fare based on the information you provide. We reserve the right to deny claims if the request cannot be verified or if you are unable to provide complete information. After verification, you will have the option to either keep your current itinerary or receive a refund for the difference.

Certain exclusions apply to the Price Match Promise. These include military, student, government, tour operator, bulk, and vacation package rates. Additionally, fare errors are excluded from this policy.
